المراهقة

المراهقة هي المرحلة العمرية التي تقع بين انتهاء الطفولة واكتمال البلوغ، أي أن فترة المراهقة تتزامن مع المراحل التعليمية الإعدادية والثانوية، وتعتبر هذه المرحلة ميلاد جديد للفرد، فالمراهقة في علم النفس هي اقتراب الفرد من النضوج الجسماني والعقلي والاجتماعي والنفسي، وهي الفترة التي تبنى فيها شخصية الفرد، وقد تبدأ المراهقة مبكرًا قبل أوانها عند البعض، وفيما يأتي بيان لعلامات سن المراهقة المبكرة وأسبابها ومشاكلها.

علامات سن المراهقة المبكرة

هي الفترة التي يتجاوز فيها الأطفال مرحلة الطفولة ويستعدون للدخول في فترة المراهقة بعمر صغير غير المعتاد عليه، ويكون هذا البلوغ عقليًا ونفسيًا فقط بعيدًا عن البلوغ الجسدي، وهناك بعض العلامات التي يجب على الأهل معرفتها، لمتابعة أبنائهم وتوعيتهم ومنها:

تمرّد الطفل على من حوله وتغير مزاجه حيث يميل للشراسة والعدوانية مع الآخرين.

محاولة الطفل جاهدًا إثبات ذاته، والتمسك برأيه وفرضه على من هم حوله.

تكوين الطفل علاقات صداقة قوية غالبًا مع من هم أكبر منه عمرًا.

انتقاد الطفل لوالديه ومن هم أكبر منه عمرًا دون الشعور بأي خجل.

تربط بعض الدراسات دخول فترة المراهقة في سن مبكّر بوزن الطفل وطبيعة غذائه، وتتميز هذه المرحلة بكثرة التغيرات النفسية التي يتسبب بها تزايد وتغير مستويات الهرمونات، وقد أشارت كثير من الأبحاث بأن الأطفال ذوي الوزن الزائد يدخلون فترة المراهقة مبكرًا مقارنةً مع الأطفال ذوي الوزن العادي، وأنّ تناول الأطعمة الغنية بالبروتينات والدهون بكثرة كالحليب ومشتقاته واللحوم، تساعد في دخول مرحلة المراهقة بشكل مبكّر لتأثيرها القوي على الهرمونات.

مشاكل المراهقة المبكرة

لا شكّ أن المراهقة بحد ذاتها هي فترة صعبة مليئة بالصعوبات والمشاكل التي يعاني منها الفرد، فكيف إذا بدأت المراهقة عند الطفل في سن مبكرة، في حين يكون أكثر أبناء جيله مختلفين عنه، وفيما يأتي بعض المشاكل التي قد يعاني منها الطفل إذا تعرض للمراهقة المبكرة:

يعاني الطفل من تشوش في المشاعر العاطفية والاجتماعية.

التعرض للإحراج بين رفاقه وشعوره بالاختلاف عنهم.

معاناة الفتاة من مظهرها البالغ وهي لا تزال في عمر الطفولة.

المضايقات الجنسية لكلا الجنسين.

العدوانية الي تسيطر عليهم في اغلب الأوقات.

الاكتئاب والانعزالية وتقلبات المزاج المفرطة التي تتحكم بها الهرمونات.
