حدثني أيضا عن المشاكل و الصعوبات التي يواجهها في العمل , و أكبر هذه المشاكل هم الطلاب و الطالبات , فكثير من هاؤلاء الطلاب لا يلتزمون بمواعيد

الباصات و يتخلفون عنها و لا يتفهون أن فريق العمل يمشي على خطه معينه لا يجب تخطيها, فالكثير منهم يصرون على طلب توفير حافله لنقلهم في وقت

غير ملائم تكون فيه الحافلات تقوم فيه بعملها اليومي.
