Since this forum interested in many languages I wanted to show how English language borrows many words from other languages .and you can ask for help from other people who specialized in these languages or just ask me ...Here we are

Amber \ Arabic \ yellowy-orange precious stone
Roster \ Dutch \ list of people's turns for jobs
Tabby \Farsi \ female or stripy cat
Gimmick \ German \frivolous way of attracting attention
Tonic \ Greek \ medicine that make you feel more lively
Cot \ Hindi \child's bed with high vertical sides
Mumps \ Icelandic \ a childhood illness
Kara-kiri \ Japanese \ type of ceremonial suicide
Palaver \ Portuguese \ unnecessary trouble
Intelligentsia \ Russian \ social class of intellectuals
Hammock \ Spanish \ net hung and used as a bed
Turban \ Turkish \ type of men's headwear

by the way this is an advanced level of English vocabulary so if you know most of them that means your English is so great …if you don't try to learn them because someday you will encounter to them specially in spoken English
